Couple Miles Away brings together two things I care about: discovering places worth the journey, and making the journey itself more comfortable.

The journal is a place for considered travel ideas, practical planning and a closer look at the decisions behind a good stay. The planning service is for people who want to travel independently, with someone helping them think through the details.

Comfort means different things to different people. It might be a beautiful room, a simpler transfer, more time outdoors or a day with nothing booked at all. That is where the conversation begins.
