When you submit an enquiry, we save the name, contact details and trip information you choose to provide. Please do not include passport numbers, payment card details or medical records.

How it is used

We use these details to respond to your request and discuss travel planning. Enquiries are stored on our hosting account and can be accessed by the site administrator. They are not automatically subscribed to a marketing list.

Cookies and external services

Essential cookies protect forms, manage administrator sessions and remember your language choice. This site does not include advertising trackers. Optional videos connect to YouTube or Vimeo only when you choose to load them; those providers then apply their own privacy policies.

Use our contact form to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have submitted. Include your enquiry reference when available.
