Offer and dates

KrisFlyer members get 10% off Best Available room rates and 1,000 bonus miles on a minimum two-night stay. Book and complete the stay within 1 January–20 December 2026. Use the hotel’s designated direct channels and promo code krisflyer, and show your digital membership card at check-in.

RM1,000 is an assumed rate to explain the maths, not an advertised quote. The subtotal excludes any service charges, taxes or extras shown by the hotel. The terms mention a 10% service charge unless stated otherwise. Four nights do not automatically earn 2,000 bonus miles: the offer is per stay.

Blackouts and cancellation

Public holidays, their eves and long weekends are blacked out. Advance booking and room availability apply. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. A cancellation within seven days of arrival may be charged one night per room, while a no-show is charged the full accommodation reservation cost.
